Our priority is to ensure the safety of the children in our care at all times. In order to protect our students, all volunteers and chaperones need to obtain two clearances. They are both FREE and they only have to be renewed every 5 years. Clearances are NOT required when invited to attend a special event in the classroom such as holiday parties, plays, etc. but you MUST have them completed and on file in our office in order to attend field trips and to volunteer in the classroom.

PA STATE POLICE CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK INSTRUCTIONS (ACT 34)
Please click “New Volunteer Record Check and follow the directions on the web page. Once you submit this clearance, on the last page, click on the Control # in blue letters next to your name to view the results. Then click on “Certificate Form” in blue letters and print/save that certificate. Email or send a copy to the Director.

PENNSYLVANIA CHILD ABUSE HISTORY CLEARANCE INSTRUCTIONS (ACT 151)
If you already have an account, click "individual login." If not, you will need to click "create individual account."
If you need to create an account you must make a Keystone ID which will be your username. You will be e-mailed a temporary password. Use this password to log in, and then you will be asked to change your password. Please remember your Keystone ID and password so you can log back into your account. Once you go through the application and submit it you should receive an email stating your application was received and is being processed. You will be notified when your certificate is ready.
